This Policy Outlines the Terms & Conditions Under which Products Sold by Suoohl Marmul L.L.C   May be Returned or Exchanged by Customers.

 General Terms

 1.    Eligibility for Return


   • Products can be returned or exchanged within Three days of purchase,                       provided they meet the conditions outlined below.
   • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all                                             returns or exchanges.


   2.    Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:


   •    Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
   •    Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
   •    Customized or personalized products.
   •    Products sold as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

3.    Condition of Products:


   • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable                            condition.
   •  All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

3. Return Process

​

   1.    In-Store Returns:


   •  Customers may visit our store at [store address] to initiate a return or                           exchange                                                                                                                                   •    Our                       team will inspect the item to determine eligibility.
   2.  Online Returns (if applicable):
   •    Customers must contact us at [email/phone] to request a return                                        Authorization.

   •    Items must be shipped back to [return address] at the customer’s expense,                 unless the return is due to a defect or error by the company.

4. Refund Policy


   1.    Refund Method:


   •    Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit,                    based on the customer’s preference.
   •    Refunds may take [One to Seven] business  days to process.


   2.    Partial Refunds:


   •   Items that are returned damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition            may be eligible for a partial refund at the company’s discretion.

5. Exchange Policy

   •   Items eligible for return can be exchanged for a similar product of equal                     value, subject to availability.
   •   If the desired exchange item is unavailable, customers may choose to                             receive a refund or store credit.

6. Defective or Damaged Products


   •  If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery/purchase,                     Customers must notify us within [number of days] days.
   •  The company will cover the return shipping cost (if applicable) and provide a             Replacement or full refund.

   •   Returns for bulk purchases or corporate orders will be handled on a case-by-         case basis.
